1. Information Collection & Usage

TA Digital collects and processes client data strictly necessary for contract performance, security, and invoicing:

• Company details, point-of-contact names, and business email addresses (contact@ta-digital.agency).

• Billing details, UK bank account details (Sort Code, Account Number for BACS Direct Debit setup), billing addresses, and IP logs for fraud mitigation.

• Raw video assets, audio files, and brand material uploaded for editing.

2. Payment Security & Payment Processing Compliance

All financial transactions are processed securely through Stripe. TA Digital does not store full credit card numbers, CVVs, or raw banking credentials on its local servers. BACS Direct Debit mandates and card processing adhere strictly to PCI-DSS standards and UK banking regulation guidelines.

3. Media Retention & System Security

• Client video assets are stored in encrypted, password-protected cloud environments during production.

• Raw footage and completed project files are automatically archived and deleted 30 calendar days following final delivery, unless an active enterprise retainer specifies dedicated asset retention.
